Seyed, owner of Ferdussi Restaurant has received hisMasters Degree in management from University of New Hampshire and has been in restaurant business for last 21 years. Before he began his own business, he worked for many national and international restaurant chains and held positions as regional director and district director. He is considered one of the pioneers and founders of Persian Cuisine in America. The team at Ferdussi Restaurant are specially trained by Seyed himself and he spends a good deal of his time to make sure everyone at his restaurant keeps up with the standards he has set for them.
