On January 14, 2008, The Economic Opportunity Family Health Center (EOFHC) officially changed its name to the Jessie Trice Community Health Center(JTCHC) Jessie Trice was a perennial visionaire. She is credited with establishing the strong foundation of this agency and pioneering its path of excellence in delivering health care services. As one of the 1st comprehen-sive primary health care facilities of its kind in the country, originally funded by the Office of Economic Opportunity.
