Originally, FBI focused solely on renting and selling infusion pumps. As the business grew, its scope extended to include selling and servicing emergency services equipment and selling a huge range of disposable items. The firm's presence in the equipment service area exploded, and we started to develop a complete-service, in-house biomedical department. By May of 2003, after only 5 years of delivering IV pumps and other equipment to the medical community, total sales had increased by more than 300%
