This company just finished replacing our roof, and it was an incredibly positive experience. The communications from start to finish was prompted and easy to understand. Ethan and Brandon were so helpful with all the questions we had.

Awesome company! Ethan was extremely prompt at coming out and assessing the metal roof on my large shop that was leaking. He explained clearly what the problem was (all fasteners had worked loose over time) and was able to schedule his crew to come out within a week, even though they were clearly already busy. They were very professional and courteous, and completed the replacement of all fasteners in one day. At the completion of the job, Ethan sent 'before and after' photos of their work. I highly recommend Ethan and his entire crew for any roofing work you may have!!

I am very grateful to Ethan and Brandon and their amazing crew for replacing the roof on my new/old house. They clearly explained the problem areas and how the new materials and workmanship prevent future damage and costly repairs. My roof was completed in less than 2 days at a very reasonable cost. These young men were a delight to work with. They are professional AND very friendlyand they offer extensive professional handyman services for other inevitable repairs, replacements, needed upkeep and aesthetic enhancements. Brandon was just here doing a temporary fix on the wind-blown, ancient and water soaked slat backyard fence (which he will be totally replacing when the weather permits)
I feel lucky to have found Ethan and Brandon and I intend to have them involved in all future projects on this 1937 house that deserves their expert and honest

I want everyone out there to know how awesome this company is! I was impressed on so many levels. Even after the roof was finished they contacted me to make sure the job was done correctly and on the results.
In addition; I struggled to make my payment but Ethan worked with me until the end.
You GUYS are amazing! Roof doesn't leak ! They went above and beyond. So greatly appreciated.

I got a quote for a repair for a leak in my roof and they were booked 4 to 5 weeks out. Ethan put in for urgent since it was an active leak and got me in early at only 10 days! Very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Would definitely recommend them if you need a roof man.

How many businesses have you seen that have hundreds of 5 star ratings? Nothing less than 5 stars? Me, none ever. Welcome to First Rate Roofing. Owner Ethan impressed me with his drive, background, business acumen, attitude and sincerity. His bid came in under other's I'd received, with premier shingles and enhancements. My earlier roofing experiences having a roof replaced, plus watching many other crews works usually require up to a week to replace a roof. Ethan said his crew could replace mine in 2 days. Crew foreman Brandon did an excellent job of keeping me informed before, after and during the process. The crew's clean up of my yard was perfect, couldn't tell they'd been here. Love my new roof. I couldn't be more satisfied, giving Ethan, Brandon and the crew a 10! Service like this is hard to find now days. I highly recommend Ethan, Brandon, his team and First Rate Roofing Services.

We choose First Rate Roofing to install a new roof on our home this summer. It had deteriorated with age, weather, cracked shingles and roof mold. Now we have a new roof that looks fantastic. The quality of workmanship is top notch. They installed new drip guards, vents, flashing and sealed every thing up tight, which was a concern of ours with the winters that we have here. Communication was good throughout the process too; they were very approachable with any and all questions that we had. We're very satisfied with the professional job that the entire crew performed.

Excellent work. Ethan recommended a TPO membrane roof for our low slope roof. This should have been done by previous roofer. Chris and Cameron completed the job in a day and a half, ripped out rotted decking, and did an immaculate job cleaning up. Super professional crew, wonderful to work with. Very pleased with job. I selected First Rate based on very positive comments from a co-worker.

First Rate Roofing did an excellent job at a reasonable price. They subscribe to the saying" under promise and over deliver". The owner, Eathan, was always available to answer my questions. Something that is rare is this day and age. His entire crew was great and the quality of their work exceptional. I highly recommend them and will be using them for any future roofing work I have.

They definitely stand behind their work. Recently had a leaking roof vent more than six months after they did a roof "tune up," and Ethan came out and promptly repaired the leak at no charge. Would highly recommend.

I am very impressed with the service I received. Very courteous workers. The arrived on time to start the job. They worked diligently to get the job done and I believe that they did a first rate job as the name implies. In my opinion, this is a reputable company that stands by it promises and performs at a level that is far better than I expected without me having to closely supervise the work product. They took pride in their work which seems to be the exception these days rather than the rule. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

First Rate Roofing did an excellent job from the beginning to completion. The estimate, explanation of the work to be done, the installation and the clean up when all was completed. Completion was done ahead of schedule and no issues at completion. The crew was courteous, professional and very thorough. So overall their performance was above and beyond what I expected. Communication was excellent too, when I called for a bid, Ethan answered and had me scheduled the same day. He kept his word on everything we discussed and kept me informed during the whole process. The whole process working with Ethan and his team was great. From the initial call out to inspect and provide a quote (multiple options in our case) everything was clear, concise and upfront. To the repair in which his team did a great job, and best of all were great to my kids who were in the back yard asking questions non stop while they worked. Overall cant recommend them enough!
