Fit Right Northwest is run and run by one of its original co-founders, David Sobolik, and employee-turned-owner, Robb Finegan. Together, the owners of Fit Right Northwest have over twenty years' knowledge in specialty retail. Both Dave and Robb believe that a great store begins with loyal employees. They aim to maintain a store atmosphere that is both challenging and fun and to reward team for their continued hard work. An extensive initial training process and monthly new product seminars means that all team have a thorough understanding of current shoe, apparel, and accessory technology.
