As such we maintain relationships with those institutions who aid the underserved, such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Department of Housing & Urban Development, other state sponsored institutions in the local markets. It is our policy to maintain & originate the required products & programs that will finance the underserved low/ moderate income & disabled households.
