While in Santa Rosa for an appointment, I decided to locate nearby dispensarys. Flame was nearby, on Santa Rosa Ave, right across from shopping Ctr. I was greeted right away. Store is very inviting , nice layout. Dylan greeted me after I checked in. He answered my questions and was very informed about my requests. We chatted a bit about Halloween, I checked out with my 5 products and received a 30,% discount! That made my shopping experience Even better!Great customer service , would definitely visit again for future shopping!

Editing my review. Got a call from the manager/owner (not sure which) after going to a closed location thinking it was open. Beyond friendly and you could tell he really wanted to make sure everything was okay. You can tell he truly cared and definitely the nicest owner I’ve had the privilege to talk to. Excited to visit the store for the first time and hopefully be a life long customer. You can get weed from anywhere but Id doubt you get friendlier service anywhere than at Flame.

My 1st time coming here I thought from the security guard to staff behind the counter everyone was so friendly, kind, & not just helpful but knowledgeable on all different products. Looking forward to going back! Especially loved as a newbie the discounts!
