Fleming's Chicago Style Deli

New to Vacaville's growing food fair is an ancestor from the great mid-W. Bringing distinctive flavors unique from the windy city, Chicago, the Fleming family is in a deli genre all of their own. In November, 2007 David and Ginger Fleming, along with son Robert and wife, Melissa and daughter Shelby, were presented with an opportunity they had long dreamed of, opening a Chicago style, family owned deli. Close-knit and natives of Chicago who moved to the area in 1989, this family's objective was to bring to a tiny town, like Vacaville, a different type of food experience.
