read moreFirst time into Lakefront yesterday for the Cowboys game. Everyone at the FBO Flightline First could not have been more friendly. Nice and clean restrooms, great facility. This one was recommened to me by others and they were right. Heard the restaurant next door is fabulous but unfortunately had just closed at 3 pm on Sunday when I arrived. Have to come back now for sure. If you're looking for easy access into the downtown area and the Big Easy. Uber to downtown was very reasonable and nice and helpful drivers.

Our laid back atmosphere is a result of the owner, James Robinson, Jr., who in 1969 founded the second location of TGI Friday's in his hometown of Memphis. Jimmy also helped local establishments sell liquor by the drink instead of patrons bringing their own alcohol from home to fix once they got to the bar. Shortly after he decided to move to New Orleans, opening Flighline First in the summer of 2007. Flightline First has been thriving for over 10 years.
