We had a very serious problem with corroded pipes leading from the house and through an underground pipe leading to our septic tank. Flotek was recommended to us and I am so happy we went with this recommendation! Gabriel was very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining all the issues that may be involved in this repair so that there would be no unexpected surprises.

He and his assistant, (and I am sorry I don't know his name), tackled this project, and repaired the pipe in about 3 hours. They did a GREAT job, with no unexpected issues or additional cost, keeping with the original quote, which was very reasonable for this large project. When they left, there was no evidence of dust, debris or anything else that indicated they were ever in our home!

We are MORE than happy and will absolutely use this company again, should the need ever arise. I have already recommended this company and Gabriel to my neighbors and friends. These guys did a terrific job! Very pleased!

An unexpected issue came up with the city after the excavation was started. Gabriel was extremely fair in resolving the issue at his expense. That should be worth a lot to perspective customers. The quality of work was very good, and prices were comparatively reasonable.

I had an issue with water backup in house, Gabe and Oscar came out and quickly determined the nature of the problem, my septic tank needed to be pumped out. They recommended a company to pump tank. Gabriel did an outstanding job changing the cartridges in my bathroom faucets. Ran into some problems as there were a lot of mineral deposits in and around the faucets. The team came out and quoted us a great price, but I most appreciated the knowledge and expertise, which was also explained during the quote. It was clear and easy to work with the team. I had my water softener and iron filter replaced. They replaced some poor plumbing work as well, to ensure the safety and longevity of the filtering system. They kept things orderly and clean.

After all was installed, they fully explained how it worked and what I should know about the system (and what I should avoid changing, which was nice to know). The team was very friendly, and I felt I could ask any questions I had and get an answer. I like working with people who I feel listened to and can help me understand, and this team certainly did that for me. I highly recommend!

The Night before Thanksgiving I had a sudden plumbing issue and Gabriel picked up the phone when I called flotek. In a nutshell him and Miguel came to my house when they said they were Going to be there and when they got to my house did a fabulous job fixing the issue, answering all my questions and being awesome in every sense of the word I don't know how else to put it.

I called Flotek early in the morning and talked with Gabriel about my sump pump. The alarm was going off. We discussed changing the battery due to the extreme age. I swapped out the battery (my idea) and the alarm still was going off. I called Gabriel again, he said he could be over in an hour. He was on time, reviewed the sump pump and showed me where the problem was. He gave me an estimate and was able to start the work right away. He did an excellent job. I will call him next time I have a plumbing issue. I highly recommend him/Flotek.

Flotek plumbing they are amazing. I had to replace my injector pit. I called them and they came right away within the next morning. Gabriel did amazing job. The thing i like about them there 24/7.

You all know what it's like when you find honesty, good work, and integrity in a company. They are tops on my list when I have a problem. My home was built in 1954 so I've had a variety of problems, all have been resolved. I highly recommend them.

Flotek saved our basement and I'm very pleased with their service. We've had a lot of rain the last few days and our sump pump stopped working and water was starting to come in to our basement. I called 2 other places and just to come out to look and give us an estimate on a Sunday afternoon they charged a fee and couldn't even commit to making it out to our home the same day.

I called Flotek for the first time and I was was impressed with their level of professionalism, experience and demonstrated expertise in the work they performed for us. I called and they arrived within 30 minutes. Upon arrival they covered their shoes to ensure our home wouldn't get dirty, he assessed what we needed and gave us options. Options that were affordable.
