Our dojo (training hall) is a Dallas Martial Arts development center for the training and study of Aikido. Our hearts are truly into what we do! Dallas Aikido students and students from out of town are always welcome. Iron is full of impurities that weaken it; through the forging fire, it becomes steel and is transformed into a razor-sharp sword.

read moreFlowing Circle Aikido Center opened it's doors in mid 2007 at the Samuel Grand Park and Rec center in downtown Dallas, headed by Nicholas Burtner. Our dojo (training hall) is a North Texas Martial Arts development center for the training and study of Aikido. Our mission is to train with students who want a different approach to martial arts. Although Aikido, in the wrong hands can be devastatingly effective, our core we aim for peace in daily life. Current practice today will include hands-on, on the mat training as well as mental and physical off the mat training outdoors in nature and in the garden.
