A member of the Lutheran Health Network, The Orthopaedic Hospital is a patient-friendly facility and is one of only a couple hospitals in the US devoted strictly to orthopaedic care. In June 2008, Lutheran Hospital and Fort Wayne Orthopaedics formed the joint venture under the name Lutheran Musculoskeletal Center. Physicians have partial ownership of the hospital and aid ensure top-quality patient care for residents living in northern Indiana, southern Michigan and northwestern Ohio.
