Since 1982, Scott Foster has been installing fences on the peninsula and throughout the Williamsburg area. A native of Hampton Roads, Scott started Foster Fence Company in 1989. By keeping the firm tiny, Scott is capable to oversee all job installations personally. Foster Fence Company is pleased to be a family run and run business.
