Fox Hill Country Club
Golf Courses & Equipment in Boulder, CO
In the early seventies, when golf's popularity continued to soar, Fox Hill Country Club was born. Phil Skrbina, a local developer, bought a section of land and quietly went about building a private country club. The beauty of the breathtaking view of the front array of the Rockies and the serene remote surroundings of the northern Colorado frontier gave Mr. Skrbina the vision to create the center of Longmont's golf culture. On June 1, 1973, Phil, Lt. Governor John Vanderhoof and Rollie Wildman, the club's 1st golf professional, opened the 18-hole golf course designed by Frank Hummel.
