We find technicians extremely polite and knowledgeable. Last year had a terrible swarm of ground bees nest on our deck. Fox came and eradicated the issue promptly and not letting them get in house. They also got rid of ants. On a personal note we have a small dog. Every single technician that comes takes a moment to pet him. The kindness that shows makes them obviously not only steller at what they do, but caring in their dealing and observant with customers. A great company with skillful trained folks Recommended.
