This was my first experience but the timing was incredible! I was in the midst of the worst carpenter invasion in 30 years! I had mumble a prayer/thought, "I need a professional exterminator. This is getting too much!" An hour later my door bell rings and a friendly, knowledgeable and professional sales person, Rylain, from Fox pest control was there to inform me of their services and if an introductory offer!

To say the least, I jumped at the offer once I digested the info! The next day the technician Jason Robideau was at my door! We discussed my situation and walked through my house and yard noting the nature and extent of my oroblems. He made me aware of all the services available and accepted my choices without pressuring for more than I wanted. Again, he too, was professional, friendly, and listened well to my perception and desires!

My home and yard have always been animal. Bird and nature friendly. Jason and Rylain, both, explained well the nature of their materials and referred me to sources for further info. Bottom line: I would recommend Fox pest control highly to anyone needing these services!

We have had continued great experience with this company. The specialists are very friendly and knowledgeable about pest issues around our farm. We have noticed a drastic decline in rodent issues since we have been using Fox Pest services. We highly recommend asking for specialist Kilvi Diaz. He is an all around expert in our needs and also a great guy that you can have a conversation with. We will be asking for him in the future.

I've been using fox pest control for 1 year now and they have been awesome, they take the time to explain everything they do each and every time they come out, they are very pleasant and courteous. Dominic is one of my service guys and he is one of the best.

We had quite a few ants recently which is fairly normal this time of year but being we also have renters we wanted to get it resolved ASAP. The technician that came out (Alexie Silvestre) was friendly, knowledgeable and overly helpful; answering all questions and putting all of our concerns to ease. Had such an easy time working with this company, the staff is excellent, worked with me and what times our home would be available for the services, especially Dominic, he made sure we knew exactly what was going to go on around the house before they got to work. We have been using Fox Pest Control Services for a few months now. The technicians are through and take the time to explain what they are doing and what to expect when a product is introduced to an environment. Nick came out today to treat a carpenter ant infestation. He was very knowledgeable and he took his time to listen to all of my concerns. He went above and beyond to put me at ease with some other concerns that I have. I would highly recommended this company to folks that need pest control services

Our technician was respectful, courteous and exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to explain what the service entailed, and patiently answered our endless questions. He took into account our pets, and explained the steps we would need to take to ensure their safety during the process.
