We got our dream house within a week. This 3060 sq ft house can not be obtained any more in this very safe neighborhood even if you have more money than you need for the house. She is very experienced, responsive, patient and knows to get one step ahead of the game. After our offer was accepted she helped us getting the loan. After we bought the house she gave us free services like cleaning the whole house, free gardening services and even having fixed the appliances for free.
She is very professional but she will help you like you are her own friend.

Frances is the only real estate agent you need !
Having worked with several agents in the past, I highly recommend Frances as your only agent. We worked with Frances to sell our home and find us a new home and she was awesome ! The transactions were very smooth and she was able to ensure that she remained on top of things. The difference in how Frances works is that she handles the important work herself instead of handing it over to her assistant. She is always on top of things and is always one step ahead. She understands the real estate business very well helped us make some important decisions in the process. I highly recommend Frances !
