The 2 stars are for coming out efficiently on same day. However on my invoice it says running the jet for 2 hours. It literally took less than 5 minutes to unclog my drain at a cost of $898.00. Absolutely ridiculous and I am barely getting by. The owner called me and made things better. Thank you!

Jantonio did an great job fixing a broken drain under the house. The job required cutting into the foundation slab and he was extra cautious in minimizing that jackhamming to make the cosmetic fix as easy as possible afterwards. Would recommend

My tub/shower was leaking. Franklin Plumbing sent somebody out in a couple of hours. Mr. Pinckney showed up on time and proceeded to diagnose the problem. He showed me pictures of everything that he saw and explained In detail why he thought it was better to replace the entire faucet than to try to repair it. After the job was done, I was very happy that I went with his recommendation. He was very courteous the entire time he was at my house and very respectful of my property. Nobody likes spending money on Plumbing repairs, but if I need to do that, I would happily call Franklin Plumbing again. The person in the office setting up the appointment, I believe her name was Sonja, was very courteous and did a good job getting me help in a couple of hours. The plumber was friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Franklin Plumbing.

Another great job by Franklin Plumbing and Antonio! We had a plumbing problem in our basement and we were having a family gathering starting that evening for a whole weekend. Antonio came out quickly because of the predicament we were in. The problem was pretty complex and required a lot of work and new parts which had to be ordered but, Antonio and Franklin Plumbing came up with a quick fix to help us get through our event and then came back out to fully fix the problem after the holiday. Very thoughtful, professional, helpful, and they helped us manage the costs of a big repair by providing options.

Franklin Plumbing is top dog in our book. We called for a leaking toilet valve from Fairfield County, and they were here within 40-45 minutes. That's pretty outstanding. In the last couple of weeks we used Franklin Plumbing for two unrelated issues. We were very pleased with their expertise, effectiveness and polite, professional approach. Had water leaking from my ceiling and called this company to identify the problem. Dispatch had someone out right away. My technician JC was very nice and knowledgeable about my issue. He offered different scenarios and did not overcharge me for things I didn't need. I greatly appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I can't speak about the other technicians from this company but JC is great!! I would definitely recommend this company

Elias is a great plumber. I had a problem underneath my kitchen sink and he found the problem quickly. The faucet bracket was corroded and I needed a new faucet. Finding something to fit the holes in my countertop was difficult and the old faucet was no longer manufactured. I found a suitable replacement on line at Lowes and was given the opportunity to go purchase it and Eli came back to install it. He had Jared with him and I could hear Eli explaining things to him - he is a caring mentor. Shortly after he left I was showing the new faucet to my husband. It is a swivel for two sinks and saw the seating needed to be adjusted. I called and spoke with Sonya and Eli and Jared were back in just a few minutes to adjust.

JC Hollis arrived on time and quickly identified the problems causing the leak in my bathroom. He was friendly and professional. Jantonio saves the day!! Our main waterline was damaged during another companys repair process, and had to be cut and rerouted due the age and condition of the pipe.
Jantonio quickly assessed the best way to repair the damage with the least amount of work and cost involved. His work was quick and flawless and we are beyond grateful for him and the entire team at Franklin Plumbing!
