First let me start off by saying holy breath of fresh air!!! I was in panic and did not know what to do. Called Freeway Towing and they were there every step of the way. From the wonderful communication, the WHOLE experience to making this whole ordeal super fast. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I would recommend them to ANYONE !!!

The truck showed up for the almost right away. The driver was VERY efficient. Driver had my truck loaded up and gone in no time. I would recommend Freeway towing to anyone that needs a towing service.

Love dealing with this tow company! Cruz got the job done in amazing time. My husband and I were very impressed. Hot day and having to lay on the ground to get my car on the flat bed he did a wonderful job. Very friendly to us and knew what he was doing!

Normally I have roadside with AAA or from the dealership. I completely forgot that my car hit it's 3 years and I lost the included roadside. After getting a flat tire, I had no idea who to call. I searched for towing services and most wouldn't answer the phone. Freeway Towing was the only one to answer! Thankfully I had made it home and was able to schedule a service. Everything was communicated, pricing, arrival time, etc etc and all was followed through. That's incredibly rare! The original agent was great, scheduled a time, and quoted a price. That was the exact price I was charged following the service. I was told I would receive a call before the tow truck arrived, I did exactly 30 minutes before arrival. I had my car ready and it was an incredibly smooth process from meeting Raul and loading my car up. I really hope to never have to use them again, but I will if the time comes!

Jr was awesome! Very good communication and did the job quick and with ease. I can't explain how grateful I am these guys worked with me and were respectful the whole process. I'll definitely be going through them again if I need service again in the future.
