About Us
read moreFresh Yoga is a donation-based organization that seeks to make yoga accessible to everyone. Our goal at Fresh Yoga is to create a community in which yoga practice creates healing, strength, and resilience in its members. Our teachers are highly skilled professionals who emphasize healthy alignment, safe practice, and fun in the context of yogic tradition. We take the best of tradition and update it to meet today's students where they are. We encourage community, connection, and support in a non-competitive environment.

It always begins with the breath, poses targeted toward the key areas that will be emphasized in the practice and then we flow. The room is heated to 80 degrees. Fresh Yoga is a blend of wisdom from the styles of yoga that the Fresh Yoga instructors have been deeply immersed in and influenced by for the last 20 years.

The objective of this teacher training is to encourage trainees to develop as individuals as well as to make you a more skilled, intelligent, and authentic teacher. This trauma-informed training will focus primarily on the skills you need to get in front of a room and inspire a class to move through a safe and effective Hatha Yoga sequence (mixed-level and vinyasa) and Yin Yoga sequences.
