I am leaving my review a little premature because I’m still actively using my 30 yard dumpster.
This is a smaller mom and pop company that genuinely cares and gives back to the community.
Last year I started posting on tiktok that I realized I was a hoarder. I’ve been sharing my progress.. as well as falling behind.
I got a big dumpster last year and was so close to finishing but I struggle with some mental disabilities and went through some big losses that pushed me behind again 🥺. As hard as it was I have been posting to stay accountable and still I haven’t given up.
Fuzion found me and told me they wanted to donate a dumpster to me to help me finish what I started. Giving me a second chance. I also had a refrigerator that stopped working and I had no idea what I’d do about it. They called me the day before drop off saying they could pick up my fridge for me and get rid of it too 🥹😭🥹.
When you talk to the employees they are happy and proud of where they work. This is a company that not only delivers a premium product, dependable to do what they say, but also so kind and compassionate when often a dumpster of this scale being delivered means you already are vulnerable to show why you need something of this scale.
I’m so incredibly grateful to them. They changed my life. I’ll post pictures after I finish loading.
Last thing, they aren’t like every dumpster company that starts the count down of days once it is dropped off… they start it the day after.
I can’t recommend them enough.

Always so nice to talk to on the phone. Never any issues. If you are in a rush to have dumpsters replaced. They hop right on it. I will always call them for our construction dumpsters.

This company is amazing. So easy to work with. Scheduling can be done online. They were able to bring my dumpster next day. They let me change the pick up date more than once. When I needed to talk to someone it was easy to get through to them. The drivers were friendly and polite. They gave me a heads up before they showed up. And on top of the great customer service, their prices were far better than any other companies offering the same services. I highly recommend checking this company out for your dumpster rental needs. I will be using them again for sure!!

The units were delivered exactly when promised, placed precisely where we needed them, and were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Edit: the manager Ashton called and was wonderful and offered me a refund and made it right. I’m really impressed when the way he handled it so I’m going to edit my review and stars. I would definitely give them a second chance in the future.
Worst outside vendors I’ve ever used for my business. The dispatch people don’t know the policies, the billing department is one guy who never returns calls or answers the phone, their service charges are outrageous and they will charge your card for no reason and refuse to give you a refund. Their customer service is terrible. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

We were grateful for the attention to detail, communication and quality when working with Bryant at Fuzion. A big competition required numerous portable restrooms and roll off dumpsters and Bryant knew exactly how to help us. All were delivered in excellent condition and serviced when requested. Bryant was easy to communicate with, checked in and followed up afterwards. We hope to work with Fuzion for our events for years to come.

We had a septic issue come up late Saturday night, and we're worried we wouldn't be able to get it handled until Monday. Gave Fuzion a call Sunday morning and they had someone out within a couple hours to get the job done! Super professional, good pricing and arrived in less time than we were quoted. Great company; we will definitely be using them again!

I had to use Fuzion unexpectedly and on short notice given to me on a weekend. I found out on Sunday morning I needed junk removal by Monday afternoon and was in a complete panic. Then I found the website for Fuzion. It was super easy to use, the different sizes of roll away dumpsters they had available were listed and photographed so I could better guage what I needed. Once I found what I needed I was able to book online and reserve a time to have the dumpster delivered by Monday. Drop off was perfect and pick up was as simple as a text letting them know it was ready. If I ever need a service like this again I'll definitely be using Fuzion. It was so easy and everyone I did interact with was wonderful. Thanks for amazing and fast service!

Very convenient! They dropped the dumpster off in my driveway, I filled it up and then they came and picked it back up. Was so easy to book online. Price was cheaper than others and service was superior! I highly recommend!!

Some Third party environmental companies can be difficult to work with over communication and hidden fees. The group at Fusion do a fantastic job at standing apart as industry leaders by cutting this out and having open honest conversation with no attempt at added time, hidden fees, or neglecting their duties to finish the job as strong as they start it. The owner and management team are personal and experienced. 10/10 would recommend for any jobs they can assist with. Bryant with Fuzion has been amazing to work with. He has gone out of his way many time to make sure my dumpster arrive when I need them. For example, I reached out on a Saturday for a dumpster on Monday. Though Saturday is not his typical working day, he made it happen. This is not an isolated event but he seems to pull through for me when I am in a crunch. I really enjoy working with Fuzion and I am grateful for our working relationship.

Zero issues renting a dumpster from Fuzion. I appreciate the easy process they have to book a dumpster online, including being transparent about cost. I hate when dumpster rentals aren't upfront with cost. They provided text reminders about the dumpster, when it was headed to me, and when it was getting picked up. Overall very positive experience and the rep that I did talk to who asked if I needed more days was friendly. Will be renting again from this business in the future.
