In other words, we do not subcontract out these other services like the vast majority of our competition does. We work with existing buildings. Most construction companies dislike working with existing buildings because they are more difficult to engineer and alter due to unforeseen conditions that may arise during the project. Because of our expertise in engineering and in construction, we love working with older buildings.
