Glad I came here for all my computer needs. I was in LV on my vacation and my portable computer crapped out. After calling a couple places to see if they had a replacement power adapter, I was suggested to go here. I'm glad I got that suggestion. Jonas was very helpful on trying to figure out what was wrong. It turned out to be the computer itself.
He was able to get me a new one in such sort notice. Over and beyond customer service. Would recommend going here. I now know where to go if I need anything electronics related while in LV.

I had a great experience I paid a very fair price for the phone dealing with Jonas who's the manager couldn't have been any better He was very knowledgeable. And extremely nice. In an unrelated matter to my phone the Tech Patrick Rick spent a considerable amount of time trying to help me with my computer. I will definitely give them all the business that I can in the future

My wife and I went to the regular apple authorized dealer to get our macbook pro fixed, but that shop had closed. As we headed home we saw the GadgetMates sign and on a whim decided to see if they could look at it. They did more than that, they FIX IT! in less that two days. Great service! Friendly service! And they kept us up to date on what was going on. Forget the other shop, Gadgetmates is our computer go to shop. THANK YOU

Excellent customer service from Irvin and Jose as soon as you walk in the door. They were able to repair my phones charging issue and I received my phone back the very next day. Essie is one of my favorites there! Every time I go for cases and screen savers he recognizes me! I will never buy any of that stuff from our phone provider because its more expensive! He fixed my sons screen in 2 hours and it was perfect. My son said it worked a lot faster too! They are just so awesome and professional! I have told my family and friends too!
