US Youth Soccer TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training and staff placement program for young athletes with disabilities, organized by youth soccer association volunteers. The program is tailored to deliver the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, who has a mental or physical disability. This course is designed for leaders of TOPSoccer programs and those who are working directly with players in TOPSoccer programs. If you know someone within your club who has an interest in TOPSoccer please pass this information along to them.
