Gallagher David L OD

Dr. David L. Gallagher is a graduate of Pacific University in Forest Grove Oregon, where he gained his degree in 1974. Dr. Gallagher has been practicing in Modesto since 1977 and is experienced in family vision care, contact lenses, and Lasik co-management. He is TPA certified. He takes special care to guarantee that each patient receives personalized care and that each question or concern is addressed.
