Gardner Plumbing did a temp set of my water heater for water mitigation due to a slab leak. The technician Armando was prompt, courteous and professional. I would recommend both Gardner Plumbing in general and Armando specifically for home plumbing projects.

I called Gardner Plumbing because my sons shower randomly stopped working. They sent Wyatt out to my home on the same day and were able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly. I was impressed with their cleanliness! It may have been cleaner after their visit than the way my son left it. HAHA. Wyatt and Gardner Plumbing were excellent. I highly recommend them.

I had TJ and Michael come out had gas leaks that the gas company turn the gas off they found the leaks repair them and everything is good I will have them come again to do more work!

Had a slab leak. Guys did a good job but pretty pricey. And they didn't break down the invoice at all.just one total number. Based on the hours the plumbers were here and removing material costs, their hourly rate was $150

Alejandro did a great job. He was very thorough and patient and I thought he was also quite professional. Their repair also boosted my water pressure as well as stop my sprinklers from banging in the wall. Great job!

Our old (19 years) water heater started leaking heavy and suddenly from the top. I tried to figure it out by myself but that didn't look like a simple fix so I needed help. I called to the office and they told me they were fully booked for 2 more days. I explained my situation and told me it might be possible to come over during the night for an extra cost, which I accepted.

Then Armando show's up. A professional and very knowledgeable guy who quickly diagnose and explains to me everything is happening. We needed to replace the whole 75gal water heater and he made several calls during the night until he was able to open up an store and find my new replacement. They were working hard and long, explaining to me everything I needed and finished up close to 1am with a brand new water heater, and a lot of new knowledge on how to take care of it. I own a licensed Home Bakery and use my kitchen sink alot. I explained to Armando the issue was probably gunk and buildup. He was professional, explained everything in a manner I could understand, and even showed me the gunk in the pipes. He had to snake the drain from all the debris. Our tech Armando was great. We thought we needed a new toilet but he fixed the old one in a matter of minutes and saved us a lot of money. From Paulo, the first person to answer the phone (and yes, they answer!) to the final repair it was a great experience. They understood we had an urgent need to get the toilet working before my family member came home from the hospital, and did their best to make it so.

TJ did an excellent job. He cleared the clogged drain, Checked out the system, worked on our kitchen faucet, called the company that made the faucet and got them to send us a replacement faucet free of charge. He checked our water heater. TJ will be installing a safety cut off valve in the gas line in our barbecue island. We appreciated the way he took time to explain everything to us and show us everything.he was doing and what still needs to be done. Shane showed up promptly at the beginning of the repair window I was offered. He was extremely courteous and informed me exactly what he was doing. Once he found the problem he fully informed me of my options and how to complete the repair. I will for sure be using their services again!

I woke up on Sunday morning to a cold shower and was devastated to find out that my water heater was dead (RIP). My wife and I called a few plumbers for help, and let's just say that Wyatt from Gardner Plumbing was the only one who came close to a reasonable price and I had hot water by Monday evening. Our water heater was leaking on a Sunday late afternoon. We called Gardner (formerly Nootbaar) and someone was out that evening to swap out our water heater and provide us with a temp set up while we assessed any damage. Shane was easy to get ahold of, and had great communication by providing us with time estimates all evening as he arrived and got supplies.

He was very nice and worked efficiently. He explained all of our options regarding assessing any damages and had a reference ready, but did not push us on any decision. There were no surprises with cost, very clear and simple communication. We really appreciate his timeliness, reliability, great communication and professionalism.

We were new customers and they still came out the same day for our upstairs bath that had low hot water pressure. We had another company quote over $1,000 and said they had to cut through the ceiling because they couldn't remove the cartridges. Armando replaced both cartridges without having to go through the ceiling for under $300. He even crafted a custom tool for our setup on the spot. Outstanding service and very skilled.

Called 6 other plumbers for a quote on replacing a 1 pressure regulator and replacing an ice maker box. Half didn't pick up the phone or return my call. Three of the ones I spoke with could not provide simple pricing for standard simple repairs without coming to the property. Gardner Plumbing was a pleasure to work with every step of the way.
