Gateway To Homes is a complete service real estate firm and property management office, established in 1973 by Luke Freund and joined by Chris Wretschko in 1987. In 2001, Chris Wretschko purchased the business and building situated at 3326 W. Saginaw on the W side of Lansing. Gateway to Homes is a very active member of the Greater Lansing Association of REALTORS. Gateway To Homes has 3 Associate Brokers: Chris Wretschko, Luke Freund and Pat Andrews, and a sales team, as well as, 2 administrative team persons, Cathy and Cara, who have financial and sales backgrounds.
