Charles was great on the front end working hard to understanding our needs, meet our budget and help us understand what options were available for this project. Alex (project manager) and his installation crew were very professional...showed up (on time) every day...worked hard and answered any questions I had with a cheerful disposition. After uncovering some wood rot under the old roof...they quickly made repairs needed at a minimal cost increase of extra materials needed. I would recommend GBC to both friends and family without hesitation.

All the work was of high quality, the workers and managers were friendly and professional and the price very reasonable. When I bought my 1927 house in 1996, it had been recently painted. It was obvious where the stucco had been patched. I just thought that was the way with stucco. When Aaron and his crew were done, everything looked new. No patch marks or cracks. The Tex-Cote coating is amazing stuff. It feels like my house is covered with flexible material with real depth. Whenever an old house is worked on, new problems always appear. I was prepared for this. Aaron, or one of his managers, always explained any problems and what the repair options were. They always went beyond the work order to assure a quality job and to keep me happy. I was not familiar with pricing, but my wife, who has years of experience dealing with contractors, was very happy with the costs. I will definitely use GBC for any future work and have recommended them to my friends.

Great company!
We discovered a leak in our roof where our solar panels were installed. I called GBC on a Friday panicked. Matt answered my call and was very helpful and friendly, and got us an estimate appointment for Monday! I was so relieved that they could come to our home so fast. Aaron, the owner, is honest, knowledgeable and fun to work with. I love how when he says hes going to call us back, he does the same day. He explained exactly what was going on with our roof and made sure we understood what needed to be done. He worked with us to make sure we got the right financing to get our project done. It puts my mind at ease knowing that we are working with a company that has as much experience and integrity as GBC Remodeling. Value for Money

Highly recommended!
After receiving several bids from competitive remodeling companies, I chose GBC to do the projects on a 1955 home. From the first contact with the office manager to the last meeting with Aaron, the owner, our experience was expedient, professional and friendly. The exterior of the house was thoroughly powerwashed, stucco refurbished and painted with Cool Wall (highly recommend). Fascia was either fixed or replaced and new windows were installed. Customized patio awnings in the backyard and over front door were installed and look beautiful!Shout out to Aaron, Mariah, Tina, Matt B, Steve C (PM), Roberto and crew, Jordan and crew and Jose!
We couldn't be more pleased with our experience! I recommend GBC highly!
