Messaged Genesis on Yelp to get help cleaning my carpet esp where my cat peed. They have a special deodorizing treatment to get the smell out. They came at scheduled time and could have come earlier if they finish previous jobs sooner. Took about an hour for my room. Jordan did a great job and the carpet looks very clean! Need to wait 12hours to dry. They charge more than other competitors but I think the quality is there! Note: they can't do high rise apartments bc of their car powered equipment but townhouses okay. Would recommend!!

Jordan came out to my house today and has been so professional, working so hard on cleaning my chairs. They look amazing!

I don't usually leave reviews but Genesis Carpets really saved my carpet. I was planning on throwing out my carpet that I had for 3 years but decided to give them a call and they managed to save my beautiful carpet. I would recommend to anyone who needs a cleaning. Ask for Jordon he was very helpful! The quotes were very simple as well.

This review is a little late, but better late than never!

I have top of the line nylon carpeting and thought that cleaning would be a breeze. Was I wrong!
I discovered that not all truck-mounted carpet cleaners are the same. The person I used before Genesis did an awful job - I thought my carpet was permanently damaged.

Thank goodness I went with Genesis! Andrew did an amazing job and restored my carpet to its original glory. Those 5 star reviews were not wrong!

I'll never use anyone else.

Anthony offered a competitive quote over the phone and was able to fit me into his schedule the next day. He arrived on time and quickly got to work on my two sofa units. I've had my sofas for a very long time and thru the year, each had become soiled with dirt and sweat. I had originally planned to discard them. Anthony was confident he could make them look like new again (I was skeptical). A day later & after the sofas had fully dried; Anthony was right! Both sofas look like new again and I'm going to keep them now for quite awhile after all.
