Wonderful experience at Gengras! Farhan was incredibly helpful, genuine and true customer service professional! He did a great job finding our daughter her vehicle that was within her budget, low mileage and more bells and whistles than she knew she “needed”. My first experience buying from Gengras was quite good. The salesman I worked with was very knowledgeable, patient, and reasonable. Farhan treated me well and showed me a bunch of cars until we found the right one that fit my needs and budget. The negotiations where reasonable and not high pressure. I was satisfied with my buying experience at Gengras because of Farhan and the rest of the pleasant staff. I would gladly buy another car from Farhan and Gengras again.

I ordered a custom Bronco back in April, finally arrived in September and the communication throughout was awesome. The whole team at Gengras from the service team to sales team, everyone was enthusiastic, not fake enthusiastic either, the actually seems generally interested in me compared to some other dealerships that fake the connection. The team is genuine and made the purchasing of the Bronco seamless. I recommend going to them if you’re interested in purchasing a vehicle!

Had a very positive experience with salesman Farhan. I came all the way from Long Island, New York and they made sure that the turnaround for my trade-in & new explorer enabled me to leave on time to make my ferry home.

I had the most pleasant and incredible experience with Farhan. My husband bought a car from him and referred me straight to him since he got such a good experience with Farhan. He was very attentive to our needs for a huge family and I was really pleased with how efficient and knowledgeable he was on hybrid. He took great care of us so will always recommend him to friends and family for future purchases. Very thoughtful and attentive. Gengras Ford is the only place to buy a car

The young woman from sales heard me clearly and scheduled an appointment!
When I arrived I was greeted by several smiling faces…then I was I introduced to Manny/a sales representative!
Today, I drove home my 2025 Ford Maverick!
There are not enough words to express my heartfelt gratitude! The time, consideration, care and appreciation was most welcoming. Some might say, “it’s their job”, yes, but Manny, Sarah, Jason, Alia, Chrissy (I’m leaving out a few names, not intentionally, but I simply couldn’t take in the overwhelming kindness I was given)
AND…my NEW vehicle is a ‘great’ ride and will serve me well in what I shall most sensitively use the Maverick for…‘transporting’ people I love!

I needed an oil change in a timely manner, and Manny was able to get me in touch with Sarah to schedule an oil change for me. They came to my house as I was doing work at no extra cost, this was a great experience and will definitely use their services again.

Great staff. Mir was friendly and knowledgable and made the buying process easy. He took the time to help me and answer my questions as I test drove multiple vehicles. Chrissy was also friendly and very helpful with the document signing. The staff did try hard to sell me on the overpriced extended warranty (now called "accessories" in the fine print, so watch for that—I feel it's not worth it) but all car dealerships do that. Can't blame people for doing what their bosses tell them to. Overall, I'm glad I chose this location and would buy here again.
