My experience at Gengras Volvo in East Hartford was great. My salesperson, Domenick B., was incredibly helpful along the way and made the process super fast and easy.
I even had a few scuffs on the rims of the car that were promptly refinished by their team the day before I came to pick it up.
Friendly staff all around and a very welcoming environment to buy a vehicle in.
Highly recommend Gengras Dealerships as your new car destination.

Our experience with Gengras Volvo Cars East Hartford was nothing short of phenomenal. Vecdet, Allen, and Julian are true professionals and made buying our CPO C40 easy as can be. They accommodated us last minute on the last day of the month. This is an extremely busy day for them, and they stayed late to ensure we left with the perfect vehicle for our family. We recently had an issue with our 2022 XC90 infotainment center. After speaking with Sadie, a customer service staff person, we were directed to see Christian one of their service technicians. Christian was superb in navigating the connectivity issue and resolved the matter with the support of other team members. They were absolutely excellent and represents this organization such that you'll tell others about the positive experience!!! Go Gengras Volvo!

I have just had the best car buying experience of my life with Jola and Christian at Gengras Volvo in East Hartford. This dynamic duo are top shelf in professionalism, product knowledge and customer experience. Jola is an amazing salesperson who advocates for the customer and ensures you have a positive experience. Had a wonderful experience at Volvo Service ! Andy McKenzie was attentive and addressed all my concerns and needs with a smile. He sent videos to update the service time period. Service was done in a timely manner. Such a pleasant morning. The sales and service area are clean and the waiting area has coffee and snacks. If you have a Volvo this is the place to have it serviced!

I am not sure why my review showed up linked to another account. I bought my first of two Volvo's from Gengras back in 1994 and have never regreted the decision. Two cars, over 400,000 miles and consistent care and service all along the way. I feel like "Norm' in Cheers when I go there... welcomed and at home, whether it be in person or by phone. My car would not start this past Saturday (today is Monday) and I discovered that Volvo Corp would tow my car in for free. I wrote things up (the tow truck driver was familiar with the routine at Gengras). My phone rang just before they opened and they already had all my information and they have figured it out in one day. Through the years they have been SO dependable. They are efficient and trustworthy and caring and just great. I cannot recommend them more highly!!

Picked up my 2024 Volvo S60 plug in hybrid today at Gengras Volvo. What a great car buying experience from start to finish. No pressure friendly sales and management team. Special thanks to salesman Vecdet for working to get the price I wanted, Business manager Erica for taking us through the paperwork and Christian for walking us through every application and feature of the car. I have to apologize; I thought I had already written a review of Gengras Volvo years ago. I’ve been a customer parent a very, very happy customer) since the early 1990s. I’ve always felt incredibly respected and cared for through all the years. I just wanted to add to what I thought would’ve been a previous review; my car wouldn’t start this past weekend and so I had it towed to Gengras (using a Volvo customer service I didn’t even know existed). They just called me as they open this morning to let me know they had everything all set to go for evaluation. The folks here are just great.

Had a pleasant experience at Gengras Volvo in East Hartford, working with Julian Crespro. Julian made the process of car shopping less stressful. He was efficient and very respectful of my time. It was a pleasure working with him. He was mindful of my time, having the cars ready for me to test drive as soon as I got to the dealership.
