Was in the market for an Audi Q5 and stumbled across Gengras Volvo. It quickly became the best motor-vehicle decision of my life. I am very happy with my XC60. I had a great experience at Gengras of North Haven. Ryan Zucker went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car. We had a wonderful buying experience at Gengras North Haven Volvo and specifically working with Ryan Zucker. We came in with a very specific vehicle request. Ryan went above and beyond locating the vehicle for us, expertly negotiating a dealer to dealer transfer and even personally drove out to the location in order to deliver the vehicle to us to accommodate our busy schedule. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, gave us a very thorough tutorial on how to use all the features in our new car upon delivery and continued to be available for any questions we may have had post delivery. I recently bought a pre-owned XC90 Recharge at Grengas Volvo in North Haven, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience At Gengras Volvo. from the moment, my wife and I stepped onto the property we felt comfortable. There was no pushy salesman. Yeah when we needed to speak to somebody, they were right there and when we asked for a salesman, Ryan came out and after five minutes, it felt like we've known him forever we took a test drive and my wife and I took turns driving. He was very patient and even when we said we had other vehicles to look at he still never became pushy after we purchased it. He has done follow up calls. He helps set up the vehicle profile with the cell phones. Ryan is a true professional and he will be the one we're looking for when we buy our next vehicle. also, our XC 40 is the nicest vehicle either one of us I've ever owned. Thank you, Ryan.
