Bulk samples of suspect friable and non-friable Asbestos Containing Building Materials (ACBM) are collected from each homogeneous area in each functional space by an Accredited Asbestos Inspector, in a safe manner using non-destructive sampling techniques in accordance with EPA recommended sampling guidelines.
