Each GLA program has a dedicated onsite leadership team with a 10:1 student to team ratio, in many cases the ratio is even lower. The 10 to 1 ratio ensures that each program provides a safe high-quality experience for all and that every student has a dedicated person to turn to for guidance. GLA Program Directors are educators who have experience dealing with teenagers either in the classroom or on experiential learning programs. These educators facilitate rich discussions and reflection sessions which transform the students' experiences into lessons about leadership.

Global Leadership Adventures Scholarship
read moreImportant: These scholarship awards cannot be combined. Please apply to the scholarship type that suits your needs best. There is a limited pool of awards for each program session. Award amounts will vary based on the scholarship type as well as the available funds for the program & session when you apply. Applications will be processed and scholarships award will be emailed within one week of receipt. Need-Based Scholarship - Limited pool of scholarships for select programs to receive up to 30% off the tuition for families with financial hardship.
