The Global Yoga & Wellness Center offices are situated in the middle of Chicago's Bucktown neighborhood, with classes held at Soulistic Yoga Studio & Spa and Self Centered Yoga Studio. We teach yoga classes in a range of styles and traditions for all stages of students. Global Yoga provides a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher Training Program as well as a 10 hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training. We provide corporate classes and private lessons at your situation or office. We personalize the class for the requirements of your group, all levels beginner to advanced.
