Golden Triangle Physical Therapy (GTPT) opened in April of 1999. Since opening, GTPT has become the preferred physical and occupational therapy referral for many physicians, nurse practitioners, dentists and podiatrists throughout Beaumont and the surrounding countryside. GTPT is proudly associated with Southeast Texas Medical Associates (SETMA) Medi Home Health Care and Hospice of Texas. Since opening in 1999, GTPT has been under the direction of Dr. Miles Sykes. Dr. Sykes is licensed in both physical and occupational therapy and holds a clinical doctorate in physical therapy.
