Well for a long time it didn't look like much from the outside. Wasn't even sure what it was and it's still a lot of construction from the redoing the parking lot which was needed desperately but I found myself needing a storage so googled storage deals and they popped up. I got a good deal I think, half price for the first 6 months but after buying insurance and the lock and the fees that come along with first months rent it was over the original price by like 15 to 20 bucks. But Stephanie reassured me it would only be half price for the next 5 months. The place is nice and clean and they have dolly's you can use to help your move. Late fees are steep but are only a one time late fee and they are not 24 hours but it works for me as far as their hours of gate operation. The only thing I can really truly complain about is I got charged twice and that messed me up on my bills. Wished they would have paid my late fees for their mistake. Lol. But it's really nice and I would use them again in the future.

Nice, clean. I just don't know why they look so big empty, and then it barely hold your boxes. Great location and people are nice.

I had a very good experience renting a storage where I use to bowl and play pool in the 1980's.
The ladies at the counter desk were very friendly and helpful. I feel safe to store at Golden Triangle Self Storage.

My sign up process was great. I made my reservation over a week ago and Nick called me within half an hour to confirm and made a reminder call a few days before my appointment. As I was checking in, Christina was joyous and polite. She provided great customer service!!!

Mrs. Chris Jordan made a stressful situation less stressful. She helped me get my storage unit straightened out with the insurance company. I will most definitely recommend others to her.
