read moreWe believe in one God in three persons, three persons in one God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Our God created the whole universe in six days. On the sixth day, he made the crown of his creation, people! God made everything perfect, but the first two people acted contrary to God's will and plunged the world into sin. Those who do what is contrary to God's will have no hope of eternal life. God promised to fix what the first people ruined, by sending his Son to take our place. His Son, Jesus, lived a perfect life and suffered the punishment you deserved!

read moreWe, at Good Shepherd are from a varied ethnic and cultural background. However, we are all of a like mind. We have an ongoing love for our God and great appreciation for what our Savior, Jesus Christ did for us through His death on the cross, where he took our sins upon himself and was crucified. He exited the tomb thereby opening up for us the opportunity to eventually join him in the mansions of heaven to be with him. So often people do not know what is expected of them as far as what to wear at a church service-too often this lack of knowledge keeps them away.

Our church body was formed and is dedicated to learning and sharing the truths of our Savior, Jesus Christ, as precisely explained in the Holy, inerrant, infallible, inspired Word of God, The Holy Bible. Our membership, ever expanding, consists of men, women and children of all ages, nationalities and walks of life. We are committed to the command, given by Jesus, to go into all the world and proclaim the saving grace bestowed on us by God through the sacrifice of His son Jesus Christ, on the cross.

We read the Bible because that is how God blesses us with knowledge of, faith in, and love for Jesus. In the Bible we learn and believe all that we need to be saved. God's blessings are ready, come find them in his Word!
