Ground penetrating radar (GPR) is a method of collecting the highest resolution subsurface data. It can be used with concrete, ground soil, freshwater, sand, and a range of other materials. GPR equipment supplies raw data which, in the hands of trained experts, can be processed to supply exceptional 2D and 3D images of these otherwise invisible objects. It doesn't require access to the underside of a slab, as x-ray would. It doesn't emit harmful radiation, so your worksite is uninterrupted.
