Grande has installed two AC units for us and perform regular maintenance for those units. They are fast, clean, professional, and their services are fairly priced. Came in on a Sunday, same day I called, after my outside unit stopped turning and we were without AC an entire night and half-day. The tech (Jaime O) was kind, professional, diagnosed a bad motor and and replaced it quickly. Would definitely use again.

Jaime did a great job inspecting and doing maintenance on our a/c units today. He was very thorough and professional. We have the yearly membership which is very reasonably priced. We highly recommend using Grande Air.

First off, Grande was responsive to setting up an appointment promptly and began work the next day. After a day of installation it finally began cooling again. The technicians worked hard at it all day and let us know they were almost done. When they were done they explained the process and how to work the new thermostat. Very happy with their work!

My husband was very impressed with the service we were given and said the Tech was very knowledgeable and came straight to us first thing in the morning when we called after business hours the night before. Our AC was not blowing cold air and he fixed it easily and told us that our system was still under warranty so all we had to pay for was labor. Ivan and James are incredibly professional, and we're able to diagnose the issue with my ac within one hour. The system was old, and we had already had previous problems before. We decided to get a new ac system installed by them. The installation was done the same day, and we have noticed a 40% decrease in our electric bill over the past nine months.

My AC stopped pumping out cool air, so I called Grande. They got a tech out 2 hours later at 7:30 and he had me back up and running within an hour. They had great communication, and plenty of notifications and calls letting me know exactly when he would be there. I can't recommend them enough.

Ivan, Nico, Barbara and Petra were AWESOME! My AC started to drip on Sunday. I made an appointment for a "check up" on Tuesday, but when the temperature in my home started to creep up, Petra managed to send Ivan out within a couple of hours. Ivan was patient and explained everything he was doing; within 30 minutes he figured out what was wrong, got me an estimate (which they honored to the penny), ordered my parts, and scheduled my repair.

When he found out that the part would have to be shipped, he came back at 8:00 pm to personally deliver a portable AC unit. First thing this morning, Nico (also very knowledgeable and professional) installed our new coil, and now the AC is running like a champ! This team is communicative, efficient, and some of the nicest people you'll meet. They're the real deal and I enthusiastically recommend them!

Jason Rodgers, the technician that came out for an emergency visit was professional, and explained everything clearly. He answered all of my questions in detail. The cost was fair and the warranty associated with the replacement part is good. Highly recommend, I will definitely keep Grande Air Solutions in mind for references and future use.

This is a true professional- honest and thorough. I had done my own quick assessment that our reversing valve on our heat pump was bad. I jumped to the wrong conclusion and he could have charged me big bucks for replacing that reversing valve- that wasn't it, it was that the stat was bad (something I should have caught), and we got it replaced and he only charged me for the service call. I highly recommend Grande to anyone!

Everything went great Grande Air Solutions responded quickly and already had a good idea of what was wrong but also gave our unit a very thorough inspection and were able to fix our ac unit with a replacement capacitor on the spot. Highly recommend them because of the quick response, quick solution, fair price, and knowledgeable technician.
