Gray & Company. Was established in 1948 by Denver F. Gray. Denver Gray recognized that the insurance market needed an insurance program that could reply to the exposures of the offshore oil and gas industry with its overlapping combination of state and Federal jurisdictions and complex contractual arrangements. In response to this need, Gray and Company. Developed a casualty package that combines coverage for General Liability, Automotive Liability and Workers Compensation under one program.
