Jose Mercado with HAA (Hispanic Arborist Association) has been instructing tree care professionals for many years and we were honored to have him run our annual training this year. Our Arbor Team covered a wide array of topics from ANSI and OSHA standards, Chipper Safety, First Aid, Aerial Rescue and several other topics.

To live in a climate that has such a diverse tree population from Palm trees to Pine trees makes our landscapes unique and distinct to other regions of our great country. Nevertheless when trees are in need of pruning some varieties are best pruned during certain months of the year. For instance the best time to structurally prune pine trees in our climate is between November through March.
