Staff was friendly and storage facility was clean. However, I had to take a star away because of the limited hours and no 24/7 access. I would like to see extended access and weekend access.

The staff at Greylock storage have been courteous and helpful each time that I have come to remove items from my storage unit. I have been renting a storage unit for about 6 years now. I have not had any instances of theft or other damage to my items.

I have been with this storage facility through two owners. The first owners were great and accommodating even when I wanted to move to a larger unit. The only issue was the hours. 8:00 to 5:00. Us working people struggle to get to our unit. Then the new owners came in. They changed the hours to 8:00 to 6:00 it made my life so much easier. I went there today to find that the old hours are back in place. I would be so grateful if these hours could come back to us. Thank you all for your help.

My family have mentioned me to check out Mullen's when I moved here. And I'm glad I did, they manage to have a storage unit available for me at the last minute during the start of COVID pandemic.
Units are at a fair price, the staffs are super friendly, helpful and always keeping me posted with rent, days that'll be closed and if there anything going on it the building.
I have no interest looking for a different storage
