Many of our staff has an Associate or Bachelor degrees in Early Childhood Education, or are experienced professionals in early childhood education. Since we are accredited by NECPA, our teachers must have their CDA (Child Development Associate credential). All of our new teachers are required to go through an orientation and training during their first week.
