GRW prepared A/E drawings including infrastructure analysis/design, road alignment, building siting, bid documents for each warehouse, stormwater management, rezoning and associated grading. GRW also acted as the Owner's advisor during the RFP preparation to solicit Design/Builders, and during construction of the facilities.
