Tyler was an amazing home inspector. I highly recommend him / Guardian Inspectors to inspect your purchase before closing. He was very meticulous in going through every part of the home even though much of it was covered in animal feces. He also spent an hour after the inspection going through each line item and taught us a lot about the home.

Home inspection went very well. Ian made sure to include pictures and videos with a helpful analysis. This is my first time buying a house and I felt like this inspection was so fast and thorough. I've bought 4 homes and have never had the kind of inspection and education I had today. My inspector did a very thorough job I could not be there in person so he took pictures and explanation for all of them. And called me later in the evening to go over everything and check on any of my concerns he could not have made the process any easier
