With historic roots above the North Shore of Pittsburgh, North Catholic High School is the gateway to Troy Hill, a community justifiably proud of its German heritage. Troy Hill has been described as a small neighborhood perched atop a hill in Pittsburgh, where) thrives a world we think we currently have lost. It is a world of loyalty, faith, and joy. At roughly 300 acres, Troy Hill is no bigger than a mid-size farm. Up here, neighbor does not mean the person next door or down the street, it means the whole hill. Historic landmarks, local businesses, and the neighbors who call Troy Hill home continue the fine tradition that has been their legacy for 150 years.
