Vice Presidentread moreTammy Smith is the co-owner of Halco, she started the business with her husband Hal Smith in 1984. In 2004, they expaned the business by opening a supply store, PBS Supply, Inc where she currently serves as President. Between the two venures Hal & Tammy employ 100 people in the Fingerlakes region. Tammy's roles in both companies include all financial aspects of the businesses and the director of human resources. Tammy takes pride in maintaning the family enviroment in both companies. Her goal is to continue to make Halco & PBS the best they can be and to continue to work hard to keep her Halco & PBS families happy.
