The founder, Chuck Hales, began Hales Machine Tool in 1983 after selling out his shares in a different local dealer began by Chuck in 1968. Since then his son's Dan (President) Tim (Vice President) and Randy (Sales Mgr. Are running the day to day operations. Chuck has taken the roll of CEO, which is affectionately referred to as the Chief Entertainment Officer.
