About Hand In Hand Children's Center
read moreKaren Decker is the owner of Hand In Hand Children's Center. She has over 30 years of experience in the Early Childhood field. As the mother of three, she understands what it feels like to be a parent, and the anxiety of choosing a quality childcare center for your family. Hand in Hand Children's center opened in 2000. Previously to that, Karen had established and operated a Christian Based program for many years at Christ UMC. When the opportunity to open her own center came along, Karen brought her ministry experience and combined it with her strong philosophy that children who feel happy, secure, and self-confident will thrive both academically and socially in a loving and caring environment.

Your child will be introduced to colors, shapes, letters, numbers and much more as we begin our preschool journey. Potty training is often started at this age and our two year olds have "child-size" toilets in restrooms located adjacent to their classroom.
